Christmas at Belmont, 2013

Every other year, PBS tapes the performance of Christmas at Belmont for airing nationally for the next two years.  So, in 2011, the girls performed with the NCC at the Schermerhorn for this event, and it was shown throughout December that year and in 2012.  That episode will be re-aired this year again, as well as the new performance of 2013's Christmas at Belmont.  Did that make any sense?

Anyway, this year's hostess was renowned mezzo soprano, Denyce Graves, and the NCC sang a beautiful rendition of "I Saw Three Ships" with the accompianment of both Kyle Hankins on piano and the hand bell choir from Belmont Methodist Church.
Miss Graves

One of the many talented groups performing.

This was Moo's final performance at Christmas at Belmont with the NCC.  She took a moment with Dr. Bridges and Mr. Wells to acknowledge that fact.  We love them so very much.

These three sweet people will be moving up to the Nashville Youth Choir next year.  Good times ahead and behind.
