It is Day 4 of the 2012-2013 academic year at Grant Academy, and it is clear that two things happened over the summer. First, as you see in question number 3, the distinction between prepositional phrases and helping verb phrases were confused. (Even though I am the purchaser of all curriculum and instructor of this class, I still ask myself "why is this important???")
Second, as you can see in number 4, a certain 6th grader became a smartypants. Sigh. Not sure where she got that trait...
