Oh, thank goodness...

...that she was kidding.

This morning, Moo was at the dining room table working through her vocabulary book.  We use Wordly Wise, and it has the kids do a number of activities with their vocab words each day.  Apparently today, Moo was expected to create sentences for each of her words.  Since both she and her sister were sitting in the dining room, it became a cooperative effort.  I've long ago stopped trying to have schoolwork done in silence...my girls are physically unable to stay silent while at the same table doing seatwork.  I'm surprised that the following sentence even "registered" in my ears, since I was lost in my own world of housework at the time:

Moo:  Okay, create a sentence for the word "livid".
Belle:  Hmmm...
Moo:  I got it!  Before moving to Tennessee, we livid in Illinois!
Belle:  *SNORT*

Again, thank goodness she was kidding.
