This was a quick knit I found HERE.
Belle loves owls these days, and I couldn't resist taking on a simple cable project that would end up delighting my 9 year old. (She didn't even seem to mind that the gauge was way off--she and Moo are the most loyal and complimenting fans of my knitting projects. I can complete a disastrous knit, and they will just LOVE it. Yet another reason to keep them around...)
As you can see in the picture, she hasn't taken it off since I gave it to her. I have to admit that it seemed like a really warm and cozy way to eat her breakfast this morning!
