Yes fine blog readers, if you look closely, this tree trunk is covered in...you guessed it....knitted yarn. (Actually, it looks more like a crocheted stitch, but that is besides the point.) My point is that for some of us, once we started knitting, everything we looked at then became something that we could in some way copy or cover in yarn. It's a Disease

I have to say that whomever decided to decorate a tree in yarn as way too much time on their hands!! It does look pretty. Do you know if it was used for a party? Or maybe an obsessive knitter had nothing else to do??? Way too much!
